15- Day Indunduma Tour

Day 1: Windhoek

On arrival at the airport you make your way to the car rental terminal to collect you rental car which is a 2x4 car with high ground clearance. From here you will have the possibility to explore Windhoek, stock up for your holiday or simply rest and charge your batteries from the exhausting flight.

Your accommodation lies only 1,2 km from the city centre and offers stunning views over the city bowl. There are restaurants and shops nearby so no need to plan on long drives this day. 

Days 2 & 3: Sossusvlei

YAfter your first destination you will drive in around 4 hours to the world famous dunes of Sossusvlei where you can exlore your stunning surrounding in many ways.

Days 4 & 5: Swakopmund

After 2 days in the desert you will drive to the coast in about 5 hours. Your next stop is Swakopmund which is a dive into the colonial past of Namibia with a number of German bars and restaurants.

Who wouldn't want to eat "Sauerkraut" in Africa? Apart from that Swakopmund is know to be the action capital of Namibia where you can do more quad biking, sandboarding or sky diving with a certainly unique view! You will spend 2 nights at the same guesthous with breakfast included.

Day 6: Twyfelfontein

Today you head into Damaraland, the part of Namibia which is famous for its rolling pink hills, massive socialble weaver nests, Bushmen engravings and of course the elusive Desert Elephants.

You will stay one night at the Ugab Terrace Lodge which certainly offers the best view in this region, breakfast and dinner included. You can visit Twyfelfontein on your way to the lodge.

Days 7, 8 & 9: Etosha

After a lot of stunning landscapes it is time to go on safari! In about 2 1/2 hours you make your way to Etosha National Park which is famous for its enormous saltpan in the middle and its surrounding waterholes visited by hundreds of animals every day.

You overnight at camps inside the park from the West to the East - Okaukuejo, Halali and Namutoni - making it easy to follow the roads along the waterholes without having to drive the same way back to the camp(s). You will overnight in chalets with breakfast.

Day 10: Rundu

After 3 days of plenty game viewing activities you will head eastwards into the famous Caprivi strip, a location which is less known than other areas but most people who have been there are absolutely amazed by the riverine sceneries, the colourflu birdlife and the numerous mammal sightings.

At your lodge you can book guided boat excursions or fishing trips to catch the might tiger fish. You will spend one night in Rundu with breakfast included.

Day 11: Kwando River

From Rundu you will continue direction East in the Caprivi Strip and after about 6 hours you reach Kwando which once more is nestled along the shores of the mighty Zambezi.

Here once more you may book sunset cruises, game viewing cruises or game drives and make sure you get the best out of the stunning landscapes. Your stay includes breakfast.

Days 12, 13, 14 & 15: Chobe National Park

Today you will leave Namibia after seeing the desert, the coast, the mountains, the Etosha salpans and the Caprivi Strip and reach your last destination Chobe National Park in Botswana.

You will spend 3 nights in Chobe Safari Lodge which is located close to the entrance gate to the park. You may as well explore Chobe by yourself or book guided activities and boat cruises right at the lodge. No meals are included but the filling buffets are certainly a great option for breakfast and dinner.

The lodge also offers guided tours to the legendary Victoria Falls which is certainly a must since it's only one hour away and a great way to end your holiday
