Days 1, 2 & 3 - Cape Town

Upon arrival in Cape Town you collect your rental car and drive about 45 minutes to our accommodation in Camps Bay which lies below the famous 12 apostle mountains on the backside of table mountain.

You will spend your first 3 nights over here with breakfast included which leaves you enough time to explore the city itself or take drives to the famous penguins in Simon's Town, walk up (or take the cable car!) Table Mountain or explore the Cape Peninsula and Cape of Good Hope.

After 3 nights it is time to leave the busy city and make your way up North for about 2 1/2 hours towards Elands Bay which is a small quaint town with stunning beaches and spectacular scenery.

Apart from that you have the Nature Reserve which borders the Atlantic Ocean and it is not unusual to see Zebra, Eland and other antelopes close to the ocean and depending on the season whales and dolphins (all year long) inside the ocean, a certainly special sighting! 2 nights with breakfast and delicious dinner is included over here.

Days 4 & 5  - Eland's Bay

Today you make your further up North once more and in about 4 1/2 hours you reach Springbok. From here you can explore the spectacular Namaqualand which once a year after the winter rains erupts into a blooming ocean of flowers one more colorful than the other.

If you travel out of the Flower Season you can still enjoy the stunning landscapes or book activities right at the lodge. You will spend 2 nights in a unique mountain suite build inside the rocks with dinner included.

Days 6 & 7 - Namaqualand

For one last time you drive in about 3 hours further up North toward Augrabies National Park where you will spend 3 nights just outside the Park.

You can visit the unique Augrabies Falls or go for extended hikes in the desert area, book additional activities or just enjoy the calm and quiet of your lodge where you will spend 3 nights with breakfast included.

Days 8, 9 & 10 - Augrabies

Day 11 - Calvinia

Today is the first time since your departure from Cape Town that you will actually go back South.

In around 5 1/2 hours you make your way down to Calvinia for an overnight stop in a Guest House which is known for its delicious kitchen.

In another 4 1/2 hours you drive further South into the Wine Region.

A few short drives can take you to neighbouring wine farms for more wine tasting! Or enjoy a guided wine maker tour or the legendary wine tram, it is all up to you.

After a scrumptious breakfast on day 14 it is a 1 hour drive back to Cape Town International Airport where your journey with us will end.
