Over 21 thrilling days, you will journey from the vibrant cityscape to Africa's largest canyon, and traverse arid deserts to reach the iconic Etosha National Park. Day 1 - Entebbe

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your accommodation.

 

Depending on your arrival time, you may choose to relax at the hotel or explore Entebbe’s botanical gardens or vibrant local markets.

Days 2, 3 & 4 - Murchison Falls

After breakfast, you will meet your English-speaking guide and set off towards Murchison Falls National Park. En route, you will visit Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, home to Uganda’s only wild rhinos. Enjoy an exciting rhino tracking experience before continuing to Murchison Falls. Uponarrival, you will check into your lodge and have time to relax before dinner.

The next day you rise early for a thrilling game drive in Murchison Falls National Park, where you may encounter lions, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, and a variety of antelope species. In theafternoon, you will embark on a boat safari along the Nile River, getting up close with hippos, crocodiles, and an abundance of birdlife. You will also witness the breathtaking sight of the falls from the bottom.

Another exciting day awaits on day 4 with both morning and evening game drives, giving you agreater chance to spot more wildlife in the park’s diverse landscapes. The vast savannah,riverbanks, and woodlands offer an excellent backdrop for photography and wildlife observation.

Days 5 & 6 - Kibale Forest

After breakfast, you will visit the top of Murchison Falls, where the Nile is forced through a narrow gorge, creating a powerful and dramatic waterfall. From here, you will continue your journey towards Kibale Forest National Park, passing through lush countryside and tea plantations. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided swamp walk in Bigodi Wetlands, known for its rich birdlife and primate sightings.

On the second day, you will experience one of the highlights of your trip—chimpanzee tracking in KibaleForest. Accompanied by an expert guide, you will venture deep into the forest to observe these fascinating primates in their natural habitat. The afternoon is free for relaxation at your lodge.

Days 7 & 8 - QENP

After breakfast, you will journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park, known for its diverse ecosystems and abundant wildlife. The rest of the afternoon is at your leisure—relax at your lodge or explore the surroundings.

Start the day with a morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, searching for lions, elephants, leopards, and other wildlife. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat safari on the Kazinga Channel, a waterway teeming with hippos, crocodiles, and bird species.

Days 9, 10 & 11 - Mutanda

Today, you will embark on a scenic drive to Lake Mutanda, passing through rolling hills, traditional villages, and stunning landscapes. Upon arrival, enjoy the serene atmosphere of this beautiful lake, surrounded by volcanoes.

A once-in-a-lifetime experience awaits as you venture into Bwindi Impenetrable Forest for gorilla tracking. Led by experienced guides, you will trek through the dense jungle in search of a habituated gorilla family. Spend an unforgettable hour observing these gentle giants before returning to your lodge.

After the exhausting gorilla trekking you will enjoy a relaxed morning at Lake Mutanda, soaking in the tranquil surroundings. In the evening, embark on a sundowner boat cruise, where you can enjoy a drink while watching the sun set over the lake.

Days 12 & 13 - Volcanoes NP

Today, you will visit Echuya Forest for an immersive cultural experience with the Batwa community. Learn about their traditions, music, and way of life before continuing your journey to Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda.

Spend the day exploring Volcanoes National Park with optional activities such as golden monkey tracking, hiking to Dian Fossey’s research site, or visiting the twin lakes.

Days 14 & 15 - Lake Kivu

After breakfast, travel to the lakeside town of Gisenyi on the shores of Lake Kivu. Spend the day relaxing by the lake or engaging in optional activities such as kayaking or a boat tour.

Another day to unwind at Lake Kivu. Take in the scenic beauty, go for a swim, or enjoy a leisurely stroll along the waterfront. Optional activities such as coffee tours or cycling are available.

Day 16 - Kigali

On your final day, enjoy a relaxed morning before driving to Kigali. Visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial to learn about Rwanda’s history and resilience. Later, you will be transferred to Kigali International Airport for your departure.
